Indiana Harbor Belt Railroad Company ("IHB") moved for summary judgment on one of two counts seeking recovery from American Cyanamid Company ("Cyanamid") for cleanup costs resulting from a chemical leak. The district court granted IHBs motion and entered judgment against Cyanamid. Cyanamid appeals under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 54(b). Because we find that the requirements of Rule 54(b) have not been met, we dismiss this appeal for lack of jurisdiction.
